Update Your CIRA Contact ID Information

Use this form to update your existing CIRA Contact information. For example if you are an Administrative contact for a domain and you have a change of telephone, or you are a technical contact and have a change of physical address.

DOMAINScanada.ca can only update Contact ID information for domain names which are registered with us.

An entity (individual, corporation, etc) can have a CIRA Contact ID, and this Contact ID is referenced to a domain as either a Registrant Contact, Administrative Contact, or Technical Contact, or can be all 3 or any variation thereof. If you are a Contact of any type for an existing domain name, you will have a CIRA contact ID, however you may not be aware what this Contact ID number is. If you know your CIRA contact ID, please enter it below, if you don't know your CIRA ID we will find your ID based off the information you provide to us below.

We will email the address on file to approve these changes. Once approved we will submit the changes to CIRA.

If you are no longer able to check the email for the address on record, we will need to contact you by phone and proceed to manually verify your identity through other means.
