Use this form to change an Administrative Contact for a domain:

-Change the current admin contact to a different admin contact with an existing CIRA Contact ID.
-Change the current admin contact to a new admin contact (creating a new CIRA Contact ID.)

We will email the current administrative contact on file to approve these changes. Once approved we will submit the changes to CIRA.
