-Change the current tech contact to a different tech contact with an existing CIRA Contact ID.
-Change the current tech contact to a new tech contact (creating a new CIRA Contact ID.)

We will email the current technical contact on file to approve these changes. Once approved we will submit the changes to CIRA.
