Due to the nature of domain registrations or domain renewals we do not offer any returns or refunds after purchase (with exception to .ca registrations, which can be cancelled during the "Add Grace" period of 5 days).
It is very important to double check the spelling of the domain name before you process the order, and turn off auto renew on any domains you do not wish to renew.
Our automated registration system will process the domain exactly as typed. Once a Domain registration or Domain renewal has been submitted to the registry for processing we are unable to reverse the process or offer any returns or refunds of any type (excluding .ca registrations in "Add Grace" 5 day period).
If you have chosen to auto renew your domain renewals with a stored payment method, your expiring domains will automatically be renewed and processed in real time by our system on the due date and we are unable to reverse the process or offer any returns or refunds of any type after processing your transaction. If you no longer wish to have your domains auto renew you MUST cancel the auto renew feature on each domain from within your account before the due date. Failing to do so will allow our system to renew these domains and you will be charged for the renewal and NO REFUNDS CAN BE ISSUED AFTER PROCESSING PAYMENT.
We offer a full 30 day cancellation and refund guarantee for Symantec, GeoTrust, Thawte, RapidSSL, Comodo, and Trustwave SSL certificate products.
If you wish to cancel an SSL certificate order for a return/refund please create a support ticket to our sales department with your specific request. This can be done from within the account management area (client portal). Please include the order number and product details for the items you wish to return. All cancellation requests must be submitted to us through our ticketing system. If you need assistance submitting the request, please contact us for help.
Any items subject to a successful return and/or refund must not be in use and has to be un-installed and deleted. DOMAINScanada.ca Inc. may refuse a cancellation request and/or refund for any product that is in use, not un-installed, or not deleted.
We offer a 60 day cancellation and refund policy for all shared web hosting plans. If you’re not satisfied simply cancel within 60 days to have your money refunded.

Before cancelling a web hosting package with us, we recommend that you have it set up and functioning elsewhere before making your request. If you have any web sites or emails associated with the hosting package you have requested to cancel, they will become non-functional and all your data will be deleted.
